Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Processing time
Most orders are processed and handed to our shipping partners within 1-3 business days. During peak Halloween season (October), processing may take slightly longer — we'll flag any known delays on the site.

Shipping rates and delivery times
Standard: $12.00, 3-5 business days (free on Canadian orders $75+)
Express: $20.00, 1-2 business days
Delivery times are estimates starting from when your order ships, not from order date, and don't include the 1-3 day processing window above.

Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Halloween delivery cutoff
To guarantee delivery before October 31st, place Standard shipping orders by October 20th and Express orders by October 26th. Orders placed after these dates may still arrive in time but aren't guaranteed.
